Prices
Prices on the website are expressed in Euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.
The prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice, some products may have an incorrect price, if this happens we will inform the customer that they may have the option to cancel the order, however we work to ensure that this does not happen by always reviewing the product beforehand to put it on the website.
Our prices are made and calculated in Euros, giving the possibility of changing them to Dollars and Pounds. If you select another currency, the currency variance will be adjusted when changed.
Promotions
Hobby Anime may carry out discounts or promotional campaigns with a deadline, which will be announced on the website and existing social networks.
Discounts or promotions cannot be combined with other promotions that are in effect, with only one of them being applicable.
Orders
To place an order, the user can place the order as a visitor or register as a customer.
When completing the order, the customer is agreeing to all our terms and conditions.
Although we do not yet have a physical store, we have physical stock for immediate delivery.
We always try to keep our stock up to date, but stock-outs may occur and will only be detected after the customer has completed the order. If this happens, we will contact the customer as soon as possible and issue a refund.
The data on the invoice is the responsibility of the customer.
In an in-stock order, payment must be made in full with a period of 3 days to make it. If payment is not received by our services within that period, the order will not be validated.
During periods of discounts or promotional campaigns this period may be shorter.
Pre Orders
At Hobby Anime, items designated for Pre-orders are paid for in full or through a deposit of 10% of the item's value, either of which will be immediate, subject to the risk of cancellation.
Payments in advance, whether in full or the reservation deposit, will be reserved to guarantee the customer's order until the item/s are shipped.
When the item arrives at Hobby Anime, we will notify you via email so that you can pay the remainder within a maximum period of 5 days, under penalty of cancellation of the order and loss of the deposit amount. existing payments on the date so that the customer can choose how they want to pay.
In the event of withdrawal/cancellation by the customer, Hobby Anime will not return the amounts paid as a deposit, something that the customer expressly recognizes and accepts, and the same will be the case if they do not pay the remainder within the payment deadline.
The dates presented on our website are estimates given by the Suppliers/Manufacturers of the product in question, and in some cases they may be advanced or delayed, given the expected date, this is not the store's responsibility and will not be valid for withdrawal/ cancellation by the customer.
If the reservations made are canceled due to stock outages and we are not allowed to receive the units from our suppliers, and as a result it is completely impossible to serve our customer, the amount paid by the customer is refunded without any type of fine.
Payment methods
ATM: Payment is made at an ATM or Homebanking service, using the reference provided by the website at the time of ordering. Payment must be made within 48 hours, except in the case of pre-orders which can be made up to 5 days after the payment request.
PayPal: Link your credit or debit card to your PayPal account. To pay, you can simply choose PayPal at checkout, log into your PayPal account and confirm your payment.
Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit: In this modality, the order will be sent after manual payment verification. After making the transfer, you must send proof of transfer and the order number to the email: info@hobbyanime.com, so that shipping can be carried out as quickly as possible.
STRIPE: Associate a credit or debit card; payment for services or bank transfer.
Shipping/ Transport
The weight of items and shipping costs are automatically calculated in your shopping cart and presented to the customer when choosing a shipping method.
Orders placed before 1pm on the same day will be sent on the same day (as long as the order has already been paid for).
Deliveries are made through CTT or Velocityrush Speed.
Orders up to €20 shipping are free for mainland Portugal.
Cancellation/Return Policy
Any order placed through the website may be canceled, in accordance with article 10 of Decree-Law No. 24/2014 of February 14, without any compensation.
This communication must be made by email.
The customer has 14 days to cancel an order.
After communication, the customer has 14 days to return the order to Hobby Anime.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
If a return is accepted, Hobby Anime has a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the date you receive the product, to make the refund.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when sent, without any damage or open packaging.
Applicable Legislation
The law applicable to any contractual relationship established through the Hobby Anime website is Portuguese Law.
For the resolution of any conflicts arising from the provision of services subject to these General Conditions, the Lisbon district will be competent, with express waiver of any other.
Processing of personal data
Personal data provided by the customer is processed and stored in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 67/98, of October 26, relating to the protection and collection of personal data.
The customer consents to the collection and computer processing of their data for the purposes of data necessary for orders, communication, and marketing purposes.
The customer will only receive newsletters if they accept this option as well as the SMS option for marketing purposes. You can cancel your subscriptions and request the deletion of your data at any time.
